COOERA ("we", "us", "our") operates the website cooera.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you submit an application via our waitlist form, we collect the following information: your name or brand name, your email address, your role (Creator or Brand), and your website or social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) that you voluntarily provide.

2. Purpose of Processing

We use your data exclusively to review your application and, if approved, to contact you with an invitation to join COOERA. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in Airtable (US-based, with EU data processing agreement). Confirmation emails are sent via Microsoft 365. Both providers offer contractual guarantees for the protection of personal data.

4. Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to process your application. If your application is not approved, your data will be deleted within 12 months of submission.

5. Your Rights
